Normal wear resulting from ordinary use should not automatically be treated as customer-caused damage.

Weather Conditions

Conditions such as high winds, flooding, heavy snow, ice, hurricanes, severe storms, or unstable ground may require service adjustments.

Future Sanitation may delay delivery, pickup, servicing, or placement when proceeding would create an unreasonable safety risk.

Ownership of Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, portable toilets, portable restrooms, restroom trailers, accessories, and other rental equipment remain the property of Future Sanitation or the applicable equipment owner.

Payment of rental charges does not transfer ownership to the customer.

Compliance With Laws and Permits

Customers are responsible for understanding requirements that apply specifically to their property, event, workplace, municipality, or project unless Future Sanitation expressly agrees to assume a specific responsibility in writing.
